Refund policy

Because our products are digital and fully personalized, they cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased. Each song is uniquely created just for you and cannot be resold or reused, so returns are not permitted under the law. 

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After this period, your song has already been scheduled for production and our writers begin working on your custom music. Because each song is tailored to your story and preferences, cancellation after 1 hour is not possible.
